What you will do

• Own standards, layout primitives, and cross-platform utilities underpinning the frontend codebase.
• Drive large-scale technical quality improvements and frontend platform modernization.
• Partner with product teams to identify pain points and connect solutions to platform goals.
• Codify and share best practices through documentation, presentations, and internal engagement.
• Mentor teammates through thoughtful feedback and capability uplift initiatives.
• Contribute to hiring by interviewing candidates and maintaining a high engineering bar.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React, and deep expertise in CSS architecture.
• Experience solving infrastructure or migration challenges at scale.
• Systems-level perspective on tooling, standards, and frontend ecosystem health.
• Collaborative communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Curiosity about AI tooling and its impact on engineering workflows.
• Deep care for developer experience and user adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Knowledge of LLMs, agentic workflows, and MCP.
