What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, user-centric features using modern frontend technologies.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions to improve scalability, maintainability, performance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to define technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Champion software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Work with backend engineers to design APIs and deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant web application development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React (with state management like Redux).
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience implementing automated testing (unit, integration, e2e) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend services using Node.js, Kotlin, or Python.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native application development.
• Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive applications.
• Proficiency with charting and visualization libraries such as Highcharts or D3.
