What you will do

• Own project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations.
• Coordinate with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable plans.
• Align manpower strategies with training and cross-skill enablement programs.
• Act as the local planning focal point and interface for global UIR manpower topics.
• Lead projects to improve the flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness of manpower models.
• Drive cross-regional alignment on mid- to long-term capacity strategies.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Project Management and project delivery.
• Strong background in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
• Fluent English communication skills to represent the site in global meetings.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional and regional teams.
• Structured, data-driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-changing business environments.
