What you will do

• Coordinate project execution schedules and manage resource allocation.
• Assist clients with the application process for cybersecurity certificates.
• Update and maintain departmental service documents, including presentations and report templates.
• Collaborate with laboratory quality representatives to plan and execute lab operation activities.
• Draft project documentation, including execution plans and regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Foundational knowledge in Information Technology.
• English: CEFR B1 or TOEIC 600+ (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Location: Must be based in Taipei City, Taiwan

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cybersecurity services.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 laboratory quality management systems.
