What you will do

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for clients.
• Coordinate functional services and external vendors to meet established timelines and budgets.
• Manage the financial health of studies, including profitability, forecasting, and billing.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and CAPA implementation.
• Lead internal and client meetings while setting clear expectations for the project team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan.
• Degree in a science or health-related field.
• 3-7 years of clinical research experience with 2-4 years in a project leadership role.
• Experience managing regional trials or supporting complex global trials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and project management methodologies.

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or device research.
