TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Managing the implementation and growth of Learning Blade and Ready for Industry platforms across assigned states with an accent on educator support and strategic partnership development. Focus on driving product usage, delivering professional development, and building relationships with K-12 stakeholders to advance STEM and workforce development initiatives.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US). Role requires up to 35% travel to schools and partner sites within assigned territories.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

What you will do

  • Provide comprehensive customer support to end users via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Drive product usage growth and implementation across assigned states.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and workforce development partners.
  • Schedule and deliver professional development sessions for clients.
  • Execute strategic plans to enhance statewide product adoption and impact.
  • Represent the company at national and state conferences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 35% of the time.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Background in teaching, counseling, K-12 education management, or workforce development.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with dynamic presentation abilities.
  • Applicable college degree or teaching certificate.

Nice to have

  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Knowledge of STEM or computer science education.
