TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (EdTech): Managing medium- to large-sized implementations of educational software programs with an accent on driving license renewals, upsells, and educator support. Location: Must be based in the US (Missouri). Role requires up to 10% travel for school visits and company meetings.

Salary: $60,750–$99,750

What you will do

  • Own the development and execution of implementation planning for assigned accounts.
  • Drive annual license renewals and identify expansion opportunities for the sales team.
  • Resolve educator concerns and capture product feedback through regular check-ins.
  • Analyze student performance data to provide coaching on equitable and engaging classroom practices.
  • Cultivate district champions to strengthen program implementation and retention.
  • Partner with internal service teams to identify and support at-risk accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or teaching.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to provide guidance and push-back to educators to ensure best practices.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as a K-12 Educator or in Education Sales.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or teaching.
