Location: 100% remote anywhere in the United States, based on company remote work policy.
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Achieve revenue retention, pipeline generation, and growth goals for assigned client portfolio.
- Manage subscription cycles and maintain positive client relationships to ensure retention and account growth.
- Identify and develop up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with clients.
- Prepare accounts for renewal and develop retention strategies to mitigate churn risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline renewal and contracting processes and advocate for client needs.
- Track and report customer health, renewal, and growth metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
- Proven success in renewing and retaining customer contracts, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence executives.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Technical aptitude with CRM and related tools; familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Must be located in the United States to comply with remote work policy.
