What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions, architecture simplicity, and workflow intelligence.
• Conduct technical discovery, needs assessment, and provide consultation and support to satisfy customer requirements.
• Respond to RFPs/RFx with the global bid team and collaborate with product management on RFx response curation.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), including POC scope management and technical overview delivery.
• Provide field solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing.
• Mentor/coach Solutions Engineers on solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and presentation execution; drive regional opportunities to closure.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of Solutions Engineering experience with demonstrable success in Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Governance and Administration.
• Strong domain expertise in Identity Governance concepts (identity lifecycle, entitlements, access requests/workflows, policy/role management, access certification, audit, reporting/analytics, deployment scenarios).
• Hands-on technical skills: relational database querying (MySQL, ElasticSearch) and experience with REST API, PowerShell, and Graph API.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization and SSO/federation protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, Kerberos, x.509, JSON, SPNEGO).
• Experience with compliance and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR/CCPA, SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, COBIT, CIS, CSA, NIST, PCI).
• Experience with identity/cloud directory platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, Radiant Logic).
