What you will do

• Manage daily bar and lounge shift operations and supervise staff to meet operational and financial goals.
• Implement beverage policies and ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Oversee beverage control, including perpetual inventory, bar pars, cost controls, and sales analysis.
• Collaborate on menu planning, develop promotions, and maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback and resolve complaints effectively to ensure exceptional service.
• Conduct staff training and lead departmental orientation programs for new hires.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Floor Manager.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage liquor inventories and enforce legal obligations professionally.

• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
