What you will do

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
• Verify room availability, rates, and occupancy to ensure accurate bookings.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize property revenue and suggest room upgrades or alternatives.
• Document special guest requests and ensure they are communicated to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate data in the reservation system, including loyalty program details and special rate codes.
• Address guest inquiries regarding property facilities, services, and local attractions with professional etiquette.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tokyo, Japan.
