What you will do

• Configure and prepare PCR technical resources for live broadcasts.
• Monitor video, audio, and communication signals in real time.
• Operate routing and signal distribution systems during live events.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing feeds from stadiums and broadcast partners.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams during rehearsals and live productions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Degree or technical qualification in Audiovisual, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in television or broadcast operations.
• Experience in PCR, MCR, or similar live production environments.
• Familiarity with SDI and IP-based broadcast infrastructures.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience with REMI workflows and IP video transport protocols (SRT, NDI, SMPTE ST 2110).
• Knowledge of ingest, replay, and highlight systems.
• Experience working with sports leagues or broadcast rights holders.
• Technical English proficiency.
