What you will do
- Own the full commercial lifecycle, including renewals, churn forecasting, and expansion strategy for a portfolio of regulated financial institutions.
- Lead executive business reviews focusing on compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value.
- Drive inbound expansion deals independently and collaborate with Account Executives on strategic growth.
- Monitor account health and risk, developing intervention plans to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Manage complex escalations and hold internal teams accountable for resolution.
- Translate technical and operational updates into actionable insights for client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology, including communications and trade surveillance.
- Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and global banking mandates.
- Proven experience in multi-stakeholder account management within regulated financial institutions.
- Expertise in commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS, including renewals and negotiations.
- Strong operational accountability with the ability to manage escalations and ticket triage independently.
