Sr Director, Digital Merchandising (Digital Platforms): Lead on-site merchandising and promotional execution across entertainment digital surfaces with an accent on AVOD/TVOD/ticketing prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and KPI-driven optimization. What you will do
- Own top-funnel merchandising execution for homepage and high-impact surfaces across assigned properties (including Fandango.com, Fandango at Home, and RottenTomatoes.com).
- Set prioritization frameworks and manage tradeoffs across brands and business lines, balancing short-term revenue with long-term audience and brand goals.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs (conversion rate, revenue per visit, ticket sales, PVOD/streaming transactions, engagement, attribution) and translate analytics into merchandising recommendations.
- Drive A/B testing and iterative experimentation with product to improve performance across digital surfaces.
- Implement merchandising plans for major releases, home entertainment launches, awards season, tentpole events, and seasonal campaigns with accurate, high-quality execution.
- Steward highest-traffic digital surfaces by improving user flow using segmentation/personalization opportunities and evaluating UX, benchmarks, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or content-driven commerce.
- Experience managing high-traffic consumer-facing websites.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or engagement growth.
- Ability to prioritize across competing stakeholders and business objectives, with strong communication to articulate tradeoffs and influence leaders.
- Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL or Los Angeles, CA; hybrid role generally requires working from the office at least three days per week.
