What you will do

• Own end-to-end portfolio accountability including P&L, strategy, and full product lifecycle for foundational platform domains.
• Define and maintain clear decision rights for platform evolution, deprecation, and modernization to reduce fragmentation.
• Establish cross-team governance models and dependency management frameworks for large-scale initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into sequenced, multi-phase product strategies with clear investment rationales.
• Partner with peer product and engineering leaders to ensure cross-platform strategy alignment and shared execution.
• Lead the platform-level relationship with Google Cloud to support strategic initiatives across the hirify.global portfolio.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years at a senior individual contributor or leadership level.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proven track record of owning product P&L and managing full-lifecycle execution for complex, multi-domain portfolios.
• Strong technical fluency in platform architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and search/semantic systems.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in e-hirify.global, SaaS, or platform technology is strongly preferred.
