What you will do
- Contact and convert inbound property management leads provided by the company.
- Conduct high-quality sales conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
- Execute persistent and organized follow-up strategies to nurture warm leads.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
- Move opportunities consistently through the sales pipeline toward signed agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven background in property management or real estate sales.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills with confidence speaking to U.S.-based clients.
- Strong CRM experience managing leads, pipelines, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.
