What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, client consultations, and property tours.
• Handle transaction management tasks such as writing offers, managing MLS listings, and updating Google Sheets.
• Maintain CRM data and perform regular reviews to track sales progress.
• Negotiate offers, draft legal contracts, and oversee the closing process for residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure full compliance with local real estate laws and transaction procedures.
• Utilize marketing tools like Canva and Constant Contact to support sales efforts.

Requirements

• Valid real estate license (Broker or Agent).
• Proven experience in real estate sales and transaction management.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market, contracts, and regulations.
• Ability to work night shifts (EST).
• Proficiency in MLS, CRM software, and transaction management platforms.
