Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project execution from modeling strategy to clash coordination and field deliverables.
• Lead client meetings and serve as a trusted advisor to improve coordination and workflow.
• Coach and mentor BIM specialists and project teams to elevate overall performance.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, including AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Drive standardization of templates and execution practices across assigned projects.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced digital consulting environment.
• Strong background in BIM/VDC workflows and coordination.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• US work authorization is required.
