Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B.
- Drive operating profit per unit by increasing revenues and managing cost controls.
- Monitor guest feedback across all channels to eliminate recurring issues and improve experience scores.
- Champion a culture of service and operational excellence in support of the operating model.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, and the community.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team and external stakeholders to develop performance strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hotel management experience.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and core hospitality software.
- Demonstrated ability to drive guest experience metrics (GSS, NPS, or brand-specific metrics).
- Strong financial acumen to interpret financial statements and operational data.
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
- Confident and clear communication skills for partnering and influencing at all levels.
