What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B.
• Drive operating profit per unit by increasing revenues and managing cost controls.
• Monitor guest feedback across all channels to eliminate recurring issues and improve experience scores.
• Champion a culture of service and operational excellence in support of the operating model.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, and the community.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team and external stakeholders to develop performance strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel management experience.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and core hospitality software.
• Demonstrated ability to drive guest experience metrics (GSS, NPS, or brand-specific metrics).
• Strong financial acumen to interpret financial statements and operational data.
• Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• Confident and clear communication skills for partnering and influencing at all levels.
