What you will do
- Develop and iterate dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue across city portfolio.
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure smooth daily operations and facility appearance.
- Lead and grow the enforcement fleet (Space Force) to optimize revenue and scheduling.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to maintain facility performance.
- Coordinate event rentals, lot closures, and event operations oversight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partner Success teams to deliver strong results.
Requirements
- Must be located on-site in Philadelphia, PA.
- Strong operations background with problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage teams, coach employees, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including field work and travel (~2x/year).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physical demands.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
