Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 base

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to the CEO to co-design the company's operating cadence and corporate priorities.
- Drive synergy and alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People functions to accelerate growth.
- Build and scale company-wide operating models, including OKRs and infrastructure for global expansion.
- Design organizational structures and resource allocation models to improve decision-making speed.
- Partner with Finance leadership on annual operating plans, corporate budgeting, and resource optimization.
- Mentor and scale a world-class operational team while fostering a culture of high ownership and accountability.
Requirements
- 12+ years of executive leadership experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or general management within high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS companies through critical growth inflection points (Series B to IPO).
- Experience managing complex organizations spanning commercial, operational, and corporate functions.
- Deep business and financial acumen with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and corporate governance.
- Must be based in San Francisco, California.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a COO, President, General Manager, or VP of Operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, or workforce management.
- Experience scaling global distributed teams and managing international corporate entities.
- Background in M&A, corporate development, or fundraising.
