What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Decion agentic platform, focusing on LLMs, memory, and skills.
• Own the platform layer including APIs, data hubs, and integration infrastructure to enable other product teams.
• Operate as a player-coach by drafting PRDs, epics, and detailed API definitions.
• Drive alignment across platform engineering, domain product teams, and UX.
• Implement and evolve the AI-first Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) using human-AI collaborative workflows.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team capable of operating in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management or Engineering leadership with significant experience in platform products.
• Proven experience as a Director or Group Manager leading multiple engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in API-first platforms, developer-facing products, and distributed architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, LLM applications, or agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Strong ability to lead through influence across a complex, engineering-led organization.
• Must be based in Turin, Italy.

Nice to have

• Background in supply chain, planning, or optimization software.
• Experience with SaaS monetization models such as usage-based or telemetry-driven billing.
• Exposure to scaling products through partner ecosystems.
