What you will do

• Own the KYC/KYB onboarding funnel, identifying drop-off points and shipping UX iterations to improve conversion rates.
• Design and implement compliant, locally adapted KYC flows for expansion into the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Manage a portfolio of 10+ identity verification and compliance vendors, handling negotiations and performance reviews.
• Execute a structured A/B testing strategy across web and mobile platforms to drive iterative product improvements.
• Represent the CIV team in cross-functional forums, collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
• Contribute to the integration of new acquisitions, ensuring onboarding workstreams align with global regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in KYC, KYB, identity verification, or regulated financial onboarding.
• Proven track record of managing conversion funnels and shipping iterative product improvements.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships with commercial accountability and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple markets with varying regulatory complexities.
• Senior-level product management experience with the ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams.
