Location: Remote (Must be aligned with Richmond, BC, Canada timezone)
What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to qualify leads based on specific business criteria.
- Schedule appointments and discovery calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed established daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Communicate value propositions clearly to key decision-makers.
- Manage follow-up communications to ensure high appointment show rates.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley areas is preferred.
