What you will do
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to qualify leads based on role, need, and budget alignment.
- Coordinate and book meetings between prospects and sales representatives using tools like Calendly and HubSpot.
- Manage CRM data in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, ensuring all activities and notes are accurately logged.
- Collaborate with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives to provide seamless handoffs with full prospect context.
- Track and optimize KPIs including outreach activity, appointment booking rates, and meeting show rates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or other customer-facing roles.
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil.
- Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and scheduling tools (Calendly, Chili Piper).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, Marketing, or B2B services industries.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or Apollo.io.
- Knowledge of sales frameworks like BANT, SPIN, or Challenger.
