What you will do

• Lead the development, production, and execution of regional sports events.
• Manage event budgets exceeding $400,000 and ensure overall fiscal responsibility.
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure all necessary authorizations and permissions.
• Collaborate with legal and media agencies to manage contracts and Above-the-Line strategies.
• Develop activation plans with brand marketing and sales teams to increase local relevance.
• Identify and share best practices across the regional marketing and sports departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event, project, and budget management.
• Proven experience managing budgets of more than $400,000.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with TV and video production programming.
• Ability to collaborate with local governments and navigate regulatory systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
