Salary: $103,000–$150,000/year (OTE: $117,000–$173,000/year)

What you will do
- Drive event production and strategy for flagship external and tier 1 internal events.
- Spearhead the development of a three-year Executive Program strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs and build dashboards for event ROI.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize spend.
- Build global playbooks, templates, and workflows to scale event execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, agency, and demand generation partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing and production within B2B tech.
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $5M.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and report on success metrics.
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, contracts, and accounting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into executable roadmaps.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute under tight timelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital or hybrid event components like livestreams and virtual platforms.
- Track record of building scalable processes and playbooks.
- Background managing high-touch executive or incentive programs.
