What you will do

• Shape the end-to-end admin experience across a complex, multi-product ecosystem.
• Define and refine problem spaces focusing on business outcomes rather than feature requests.
• Lead discovery by partnering with Sales, Account Management, and Support to understand enterprise procurement.
• Design for multiple personas including decision-makers, billing leads, and program admins.
• Craft user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes while contributing to the design system.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping and research synthesis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product, UX, or interaction designer with visual design skills.
• Experience designing complex admin tools, dashboards, or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Proficiency with Figma, Claude design, and prototyping tools.
• Must be based in the US; company does not sponsor work visas.
• Detailed portfolio showcasing multi-stakeholder problem solving and business impact.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills for running workshops and critiques.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B admin personas (Finance, IT, HR).
• Background in the restaurant, catering, delivery, or gig economy sectors.
• Experience with onboarding flows, activation, or product-led growth.
• Familiarity with Jobs To Be Done or systems thinking frameworks.
