Salary: $194,650 - $240,450 per year

What you will do

• Drive design vision and strategy collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and researchers
• Apply strategic thinking to visualize and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders and customers
• Lead design thinking workshops and improve design and feedback processes
• Mentor senior designers and lead design reviews and quarterly planning
• Drive user research and deliver actionable insights to product teams and management

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of product design experience
• Expertise in end-to-end product design process including strategy, journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing
• Strong skills in visual, interaction, and product design
• Experience with user-centered design and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven user research and data-driven design capabilities
• AI fluency and experience designing AI-driven workflows
• Deep understanding of Service Operations concepts and workflows
