TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Reimagine financial workflows and unlock insights for law firms with an accent on end-to-end design from strategic discovery to launch. Focus on designing intelligent AI automation that is trustworthy, explainable, and effectively integrated into the Billing ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US. Hybrid if located near hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto) with a minimum of twice per week in-office.
Salary: $128,400 – $173,600 CAD

What you will do
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define experience design strategy and success metrics based on customer research.
- Lead end-to-end design for product areas, from vision crafting and prototyping to polished execution.
- Build deep customer intuition through direct engagement and advocate for user needs in cross-functional decision-making.
- Raise the quality bar for interaction design and ensure experiences are accessible and cohesive.
- Contribute to the design system by identifying gaps and influencing consistency across the product.
- Mentor the team through constructive critique and consistently high-quality execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality work that solves customer problems and improves product metrics.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude).
- Experience designing AI-powered features and a strong understanding of ML and Generative AI applications.
- Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States.
- Strong craft in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.

- Strong experience in Fintech and financial product design.
