What you will do
- Design, develop, and test full-stack components using React, Node.js, Java, and TypeScript.
- Lead technical direction on client projects and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with BAs, QAs, and client teams to solve complex technical challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the engineering department.
- Advocate for code reviews, paired programming, and automated testing.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or Bulgaria
- Commercial experience with React, Node.js, Java, and TypeScript.
- Experience deploying and hosting applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead technical direction and mentor team members.
- Strong advocacy for best practices including automated testing and code reviews.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with K8s, Docker, Terraform, or monitoring tools like Grafana/Splunk.
