TL;DR

Agent Relations Consultant: Driving growth and compliance for Individual and Medicare health products by managing broker and agent partnerships with an accent on product adoption, enrollment strategy, and regulatory adherence. Focus on orchestrating agent contracting, delivering training initiatives, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize lead generation and sales performance.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Tennessee) with daily travel within the assigned region and to the Chattanooga headquarters.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary liaison for brokers and agents, providing tools and systems to drive product adoption.
  • Develop and implement quarterly training and annual credentialing programs for Medicare Advantage agents.
  • Coordinate agent contracting documentation to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
  • Support sales of Individual and Medicare group health products through effective broker partnerships.
  • Train agents on lead generation and enrollment systems to improve overall productivity.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA, and other industry-specific compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Must be based in the USA and able to travel daily within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent corporate work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in broker relations, sales, or account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and broker distribution systems.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role.
