What you will do

  • Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for benefit service needs.
  • Coordinate the entire renewal process in collaboration with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives.
  • Conduct needs analysis, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings to optimize client benefits.
  • Advise clients on strategies to reduce costs while maintaining competitive benefit options.
  • Lead and delegate assignments to the internal service team to ensure high-level deliverables.
  • Build proactive client relationships and educate them on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
  • Current Life and Health license.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
  • Experience with database applications.
