Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 OTE plus equity

What you will do
- Cold call operations, finance, and IT leaders at health systems and payers to book qualified meetings.
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation using calls, email, LinkedIn, and sequencing tools.
- Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging, scripts, and objection handling based on prospect feedback.
- Help shape the outbound sales motion for the healthcare vertical from the ground up.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a phones-first environment.
- Experience selling into healthcare or healthtech, specifically to operations, finance, or RCM stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare back-office workflows like claims, prior auth, or denials.
- Must have existing US or Canadian work authorization.
- Must be willing to work in-office five days a week in San Francisco.
