What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and coach a team of SDRs to become consistent pipeline producers.
  • Define and manage KPIs for activity, meetings booked, and pipeline sourced.
  • Design and optimize outbound and inbound sequences using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign strategy, lead quality, and messaging.
  • Conduct regular call and email reviews to provide live coaching.
  • Develop and manage the SDR playbook and the associated tooling stack.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing SDR or BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and meeting goals.
  • Expertise in outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social selling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong data orientation and ability to use metrics for decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS or AI-focused companies.
  • Experience building SDR-to-AE career paths.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
