TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Compensation: $70k - $90k (OTE)

hirify.global is an AI Safety company building a reliability and optimization layer for AI systems using natural-language policies.

What you will do

  • Own the top of the funnel for the enterprise sales motion.
  • Perform cold calling to identify and qualify prospective leads.
  • Book qualified meetings to drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outbound processes and messaging.

Requirements

  • 6-24 months experience in SDR/BDR or outbound B2B SaaS sales roles.
  • Proven track record selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and an energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to speak confidently with technical buyers about technical products.
  • Strong sense of entrepreneurship, urgency, and ability to work in undefined processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling technical products, developer tooling, or infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
  • Previous experience working at a high-growth startup.
