What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing new business.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead qualification.
  • Conduct discoveries, demos, and business case presentations for Director and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on ABM programs and represent the company at major industry events like NRF, Shoptalk, and Groceryshop.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and relay prospect feedback.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and contribute to weekly pipeline reviews.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting sales quotas in competitive markets.
  • Experience with the modern retail tech stack (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15–25% for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI/ML, pricing, or analytics platforms.
  • Career path transitioning from BDR/SDR to AE.
