What you will do

• Handle incoming partner product issues and implementation assistance requests.
• Facilitate technical onboarding and training for new partner consultants.
• Create and maintain partner-facing enablement materials like documentation and checklists.
• Serve as the primary shadowing resource for partner consultants during early implementations.
• Directly implement one low-complexity customer project per quarter to maintain delivery skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and execute program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in project execution.
• 2+ years of public or industry accounting experience.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong client-facing and consultative skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to work in-office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in partner implementation or management.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or month-end close software.
• CPA certification or eligibility.
• Experience using Salesforce and Learning Management Systems.
