What you will do

• Lead strategic enterprise engagements as the primary point of contact for complex client implementations.
• Design scalable platform configurations by analyzing client operations and data ecosystems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business goals.
• Collaborate with technical leads to produce comprehensive design documentation and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee quality assurance efforts to ensure solution integrity and performance.
• Manage client escalations and support pre-sales activities to shape solution scope and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in client-facing, project-based software implementation.
• 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build trust and deliver strategic value in high-stakes client environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SaaS platforms and data architecture.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for leading client workshops.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL or relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with DealCloud platform best practices and enterprise SaaS implementation methodologies.
