TL;DR

Customer Success Consultant (SaaS): Managing high-value global strategic accounts by establishing long-term partnerships and driving platform adoption with an accent on consultative support and revenue growth. Focus on onboarding new clients, executing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize account health and retention.

Location: Must be based in the USA (New Orleans, LA preferred)

Salary: $78,000 – $102,000 (including on-target commission)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of high-value Global Strategic Accounts.
  • Monitor account health metrics and execute targeted action plans to address negative trends.
  • Provide regular training on self-service products to ensure users maximize platform potential.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to pitch new products and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs across internal stakeholder groups including Product and Support.
  • Travel regularly to visit major accounts to drive partnership growth and long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Relevant customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or project delivery within SaaS or Market Research.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to C-level clients.
  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills and experience with client presentations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to travel regularly for client visits.

  • Technical literacy of software and technology solutions.
  • Exposure to API integrations and customized applications.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Omni Analytics.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
