What you will do

• Build and mentor a top-tier Sales Engineering team across EMEA, APAC, and Japan.
• Drive strategic deal execution and partner with International Sales Leadership on enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and articulate Agentic AI international go-to-market strategy considering regulatory and localization needs.
• Lead executive-level technical engagements with C-suite and IT leaders.
• Navigate international market complexities including data residency, compliance laws like GDPR, and AI adoption nuances.
• Enable and grow the international Channel organization to position UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years customer-facing experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• At least 8 years people management experience with proven leadership in international markets.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, conversational AI, or AI-powered business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to engage C-suite executives.
• Location: Based in London, UK.
