What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives, ensuring accountability and target achievement.
  • Manage the sales training program, covering business development processes, RFP standards, and sales storytelling.
  • Carry and deliver individual sales targets while owning the collective team performance.
  • Track team KPIs and pipeline health using Salesforce, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on ABM programs and lead generation activities.
  • Integrate AI across sales operations for prospecting, proposal development, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets selling complex consultative propositions to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and coaching sales teams to improve performance and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline management and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading high-value RFP, pitch, and bid processes.
  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
  • Strategic ability to implement and govern AI tools within a sales environment.

  • Experience in a creative agency, marketing services, or in-house agency environment.
