What you will do

• Manage team performance through 1:1 coaching and career development.
• Monitor daily and weekly operations to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Perform deep dives on operational metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external escalations.
• Assist with hiring processes and training for new team members.
• Challenge existing procedures to optimize efficiency and risk management.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Must be able to work from the Mexico City office
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs
• Proven experience in AML, compliance, card disputes, or transaction monitoring
• Solid understanding of AML regulations (JMLSG, ML regulations, OFAC, POCA)
• Practical knowledge of SQL
