What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner to departmental heads, providing financial guardrails and identifying savings opportunities.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes to ensure alignment with corporate targets and accuracy.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary on results and improvement plans.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new business investments, including ROI and CapEx expansion plans.
• Manage the purchase order (PO) receiving process and ensure compliant management of accruals.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing AI/BI solutions and automating comprehensive budget trackers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a senior financial accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas) and proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Docs.
• Working knowledge of OneStream and Oracle; experience with Tableau or other BI systems is highly recommended.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business Finance as a Marketing or Engineering Finance Partner.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in the EMEA region or globally.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA certification.
