What you will do

• Guide systems management specialists and internal teams through complex technical challenges.
• Assess customer IT environments to identify gaps and develop tailored remediation plans.
• Lead recovery and restoration efforts during major incidents, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Track action items and apply diagnostic skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Guide teams through expedited change management processes for urgent or emergency updates.
• Drive innovation and shape the future of IT solutions for diverse customer accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Mexico City
• Proven experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Project Management and SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Strong understanding of formal troubleshooting methodologies

Nice to have

• Certified ITIL Foundation (v3/v4) or higher
• Experience working through ambiguity and building consensus
• Proven ability to manage business leader expectations during crises
