What you will do
- Design and lead the implementation of a unified enterprise integration layer for cross-vertical connectivity.
- Define and maintain architecture standards, principles, and best practices for API and integration engineering.
- Facilitate domain discovery and event storming workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide hands-on technical guidance across engineering teams.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity and solution quality.
- Mentor architects and technical leads while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in API architecture, DDD, EDA, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs, AKS).
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
- Proven ability to lead the adoption of AI capabilities in engineering environments.
- Note: This is a 6-month contractor position.
