What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers across LATAM, owning the technical side of the sales cycle from discovery to proof of concept.
• Design and deliver technical workshops and proofs of value demonstrating CI/CD, shift-left security, and generative AI workflows.
• Run Value Stream Assessments for strategic accounts to identify improvements in the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regional sales directors and account executives to execute account strategies and drive platform adoption.
• Serve as the lead on Customer Success Plans, addressing technical risks and aligning them with business outcomes.
• Provide field feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Background in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or IT roles supporting sales cycles.
• Experience with modern software development/operations practices, including version control, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Latin America.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, highly asynchronous distributed team.
