What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and deliver tailored demos for active enterprise deals.
- Design and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to integrate Vapi into production workflows like IVR replacement and outbound dialing.
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and technical objection handling.
- Create reusable technical artifacts and documentation for common integration patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve product gaps.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer engineering).
- Ability to write code for integrations, read API responses, and debug technical issues.
- Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure (e.g., SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9).
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical engineers and business executives.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam.
