Location: Must be based in the USA (Texas, Austin or Dallas preferred)

What you will do
- Own and execute territory growth strategies to drive market share and customer expansion.
- Forge strong partnerships with distribution leaders and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Develop joint business plans integrating demand creation and targeted engagement strategies.
- Deliver training to distribution teams on NPIs and NXP solutions to strengthen technical expertise.
- Lead local and corporate marketing campaigns to amplify presence and generate funnel growth.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical and commercial issues to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA, with a preference for Texas (Austin or Dallas).
- BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor technical sales, distribution management, or field applications engineering.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong technical aptitude in processing, connectivity, and analog technologies.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools and funnel management best practices.
- Familiarity with embedded computing architectures (MCU, MPU, NPU).
- Understanding of Edge AI concepts, deployment constraints, and on-device inference.
