TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development (CX): Leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate new business opportunities with an accent on coaching, pipeline growth, and Sales/Marketing alignment. Focus on developing SDR talent, optimizing the Target Account Framework, and ensuring high conversion rates through data-driven strategies.

Location: Hybrid in Sandy, UT (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of SDRs.
  • Provide weekly 1:1 coaching and live call reviews to improve conversion rates and professional development.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine Target Account Frameworks and ICP targeting.
  • Drive team activities to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Manage team metrics and maintain CRM hygiene using Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives for seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities and territory strategy alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development leadership or a track record as a top-performing Senior SDR/Team Lead.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT according to the hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model.
